At FjordRoast, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, we offer a simple and flexible return policy to ensure you have the best experience with us.

How returns work

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at tastetheadventure@fjordroast.no to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address and further instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

• Approved Returns: A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Denied Returns: If the item does not meet the return requirements, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
